Among them were burned children, including children, the elderly, and leaders in the indigenous administration of Dagua.

On December 23, 2022, armed militias affiliated with the Rapid Support Forces, driving military four-wheel-drive vehicles (land cruisers) and motorcycles wearing the uniforms of the Rapid Support Forces, attacked the villages of (Amouri, Takla, Kebuqi, Arba’a Gemmayzeh, Humaydah, and Kadret Shatti Qashtir, Kerry, Qalqali, Doka, Singo, Umm Trina, Ashma, and Kemski) They began attacking the innocent civilians in Amuri and the neighboring villages by burning and looting properties and homes, killing and wounding dozens of civilians. Since that time, the victim, Adam Abdullah, has been suffering from severe injuries to his body inside the Nyala Teaching Hospital in South Darfur state while he is with his brother, the mayor of the “Takla” area, Omar Abdullah Ibrahim, lying in the hospital with other seriously injured people so far.
